“Full service by employees they are waiting on the customers making everything fresh for due to this virus situation. Everything was very friendly here and helpful nothing is beyond what they can do. The gas stations fully running all food and beverages are available. The service people inside or wonderful one guy came from New York behind the counter and the other girl came from West Virginia. But they really are wonderful people here they made me one of their new hash browns which are in the shape of french fries. Oh my God they were so good I ate it before I could take a picture. But take my word for it is worth the $0.89. I'll be back here for breakfast tomorrow. Everyone stay safe”

“Solid location on a frequently traveled street. They have to follow gas prices so it is what it is. Friendly staff, the evening woman is extremely easy to chat with and personable! Their convenient store is wonderfully stocked, some stuff priced a little high vs. a grocery store which makes me wonder if you lower say Brighams ice cream a couple bucks, it would sell off the shelves...then do you want that? I suppose you pay a little more for convenience vs. trekking to a grocery store. Well lit.”

“I like the "Store of the Future" concept unveiled a few years ago over the traditional CVS layout. Wide aisles and bright colors make for a pleasant shopping experience. I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 as the customer service isn't as good as most other store I've been to.”

“I’ve visited Walgreens in Medway 3 times since I over to Millis in 2022. I just moved to Franklin but needed to go back there to pick up an Rx. This visit made the difference the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and friendly, and the young lady Mai, at the Pharmacy counter was very polite pleasant and personable. She made sure all my needs were met and updated my information without my asking but offered her help. She is driven and very customer service oriented. I appreciate your help and you are at the heart of what I remember Walgreens to be when I lived in RI and was a weekly regular. Because of you and (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) the young man at the front desk, I think I’d take the drive there all the time instead of switching to Franklin because my experience tidy was wonderful! Thank you for doing what you do in a professional kind and caring way!!! YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!!! ??????”
