“Indisputably the best experience with a shop I've ever had. They're financially conscious, honesty, and willing to work with you.
I do my own car work when I can, but my driveshaft gave out before I was able to finish rebuilding the replacement. They were willing to complete the work I started, using my parts (which style shops outright refuse), and nailed the job in less than a 24hr turn around. They showed me the failure point unprompted, which I can't stand when mechanics refuse to do even when you request it. Very happy to have found them!”

“Doug and team at AER did a great job with my 2009 M3. They needed to replace the rear turn signal kit. I usually take it to the dealership but found this to be very convenient in my home town. The tech did a video of the car and diagnosis just like the dealership. I would definitely take my baby back there again.”

He has checked to make sure everything was good. We recently had an engine light issue and couldn't be seen till the end of the month. Called Joey and he was able to get us right in to check the codes.

“Went for oil change and to have a new battery put in, everything was ok, never got a receipt though. They never asked for an email address so they’re not sending me one. I contacted them like the owner has told other reviewers and never heard back from them, even though they claim to respond within 48 hours.”
