“I'm a big fan of everything Reebok, their excellent prices, manufacturing, and how they make many things. Got a nice pair of wide width sneakers which is important that a brand makes wide width because having anything narrow is way too snug and uncomfortable. Prices are reasonable also, many sneakers less than $100 here. The importance of customer service this place has also I believe. Highly recommend”
“There is a great selection of clothes and good deals on quality products. They have many fitting rooms which helps keep the wait to get in during busy hours down. They also always seem to have a staff member outside the fitting rooms. They'll direct you to an open room and you can hand anything that doesn't fit to them when you leave. As someone who is a fan of Under Armour products but doesn't like the high prices I typically see, this outlet is a great place to shop.”

“I received great customer service from Joseph at this store. He showed me where the cross trainers were located and provided me with two sizes to try on and compare. After I decided, he brought me to the checkout counter to complete the transaction. There is a wide selection of shoes at this store and the prices are reasonable. I will return in the future.”
“I was walking by the store and noticed on a sign that they sold pit vipers ( witch are nearly impossible to get any where but online) I went in and one of the workers instantly came over and asked if they could help me. I told her I was interested in the pit vipers and she showed me where they were and unlocked the case and let me try the pair they did have available on. Unfortunately they were the normal version. Not the double wides, so they didn't fit my head. The worker offed to have the ones I wanted shipped to me and showed me all the styles on her phone. She then proceeded to check availability at other stores I told her I was located in Warwick so she called them. Luckily they had one pair of the double wides in stock. They don't do holds because the pit vipers are so popular but she asked Warwick to and told them I would be by to grab them.she went out of her way and got me them, awesome retail experience. I didn't catch the workers name but she was very helpful”

“I like the people at Riverside. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and are NOT expensive. Also, they will sharpen your skates almost without waiting very long for them. I have taken my kids skates there, traded them in for new ones and had the kids on ice in a half hour. My son is in learn to play hockey and Mark L helped me outfit him.”

“I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”
“I have done many orders with this company. I have ordered sweatpants for Sweet Sixteen party favors, all my Girl Scout t-shirts and sweatpants throughout the years for my troop and youth field hockey program t-shirts. The graphic design artist comes up with great ideas. Their office is in Holliston and I was able to meet at their office and have brain storming sessions for design and I have also done work via email. Terrific company to work with, I highly recommend!”
“I just had the pleasure of sharing a dive boat in Cuba's Jardines de la Reina with Mark Potter of Mass Diving and could not resist the opportunity to share what a wonderful experience I had with him. We just happened to find ourselves in the same dive group (I am not a customer or a travel client of Mark or Mass Diving--not yet, anyway!), and yet Mark spent the week sharing his considerable knowledge base with me and with all of his fellow divers. Given how kind, fun, attentive and generous Mark was with random dive partners in his group, I can only imagine the level of service and care that his actual customers and clients would receive on one of his trips! I hope anyone considering a dive trip will take the chance to travel with Mark Potter, as I will, the very first chance I get! He is also a talented and dedicated underwater photographer to boot.”
“If you are a patriots fan, this is a must stop. The store itself is filled to the brim with patriots merch, even from their championship eras. Additionally, the shop itself has historic memorabilia from players like Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and Julian Edelman.”

“The Lids at the outlets has a great selection of hats. Wound up purchasing four. I am a die-hard Red Sox fan, but live in Virginia, so finding Red Sox hats when you live out of market is hard. The guy working actually dug through his new shipment that had come in that day to find my size for the new Fourth of July hats. Great service, great selection.”
