“Brought my vehicle down there twice for repairs. Both times I had no issues with their service. The first time I had them put in a condenser for my AC. They had to take out the dash board to do the job.when I picked up the vehicle it didn't even look like the dash board was removed and had ice cold air for the summer. Second time I had my fluids replaced in transfer case, rear axle and transmission fluid... No leaks.. they may be a bit pricey but they do excellent work.. thank you Grove St.”

“I’ve lived in Ashland for many years but never realized how many great local businesses there are until I made a point of doing a bit of homework and actually seeking them out. This service shop certainly seems to be one of those hidden gems. I got an oil change for my 2013 Subaru Legacy and had them check out the car in general. A Subaru dealer tried to scam me for $7000 worth of repair work, but the ASC mechanic confirmed what I felt from driving the car — everything is fine. But I do need a new set of tires and will have ASC do the work. The service manager, Bob, has been there for 30+ years. The shop does a brisk business and obviously has a regular customer base. Probably not the cheapest place to get service; but in a time when people aren’t so invested in having long term relationships with their customers, it’s great to do business with people who care.”

If he isn’t at his shop managing calls, customers and cars with the utmost care and concern he is serving free meals at Norfolk community dinners or fulfilling his duties as selectman. I am grateful for his dedicatio and his capacity to listen to an individual plea for help.
Unfortunately I had run over two screws which went into two separate tires before I was scheduled to teach in the morning. After the spare was put on the fast leaking tire, I drove to Norfolk Auto Inc to ask Kevin for his help as I had only 1.5 hours before my next teaching commitment. Not a moments hesitation passed before he grabbed the jack and said, let’s do this! Thank you Kevin and team for taking the time and care to get me out the door with safe tires.”
“So my Partners car got towed there and we went down a few days later to talk to the staff at Bobby's. And Boy they were great! Unfortunately the car had suffered total engine failure. But Bobby's did everything they could and even put in oil to test it and didn't even charge me. They are local they are honest and I will recommend them to anyone!”

“I really like this mechanic, it’s a good fit and they do a good job. The price is fair. I used a mechanic in Medfield for a long time, but he retired. So I jumped around to different mechanics, including Chris’ Service, until I could find one I really like and trusted. Now I keep going back to Chris’ Service. He repaired my very old Chevy Tahoe, and it’s like brand new again. More recently, he repaired my Jeep wrangler, that also drives like it’s brand new.”

“Haven't needed body work for a few years (thankfully) but now have need for a small job, and I remembered that we had used Andy for BIG job a few years back. I thought it would be worth adding a review for that experience because it was exceptional. We brought in an aging Toyota Avalon that had had an unfortunate run-in with some trees. Everyone else had just declared it to be "totaled". Andy took it on, and when he was done - for a very reasonable price - the car looked better than it had in years. He was sweating the small stuff - like the striping, which wasn't meeting his high standards - but we were just amazed by what he had been able to do with the wreck we had given him. Will return without hesitation.”

“We had a weird electrical situation where our vehicle thought it was on, but it wasn’t. Vehicle said it was running, but the engine was not on and could not move it out of park. Jeep roadside was not helpful and said it would be 2hrs. Henry’s came out in less than 15 min to tow us, but after explaining what was happening they had some knowledge and experience with the issue and they were able to get the vehicle to actually start and we didn’t have to get towed. The guys were super polite and helpful. I definitely would recommend.”

“Needed an emergency winch, while my friend was on the phone with an outsourced call center I called Art's Towing. Talked to a regular guy, he sent someone over, he had to go get a bigger truck. Then they needed to get a 2nd truck down to help. They exlpained to us what they were going to do and gave us the price before they started moving it. The speed of the excellent service was fast and the price was 75% less than the quote the other place sent us after we hung up with them.
Customer service is an Art and just like Art, good service is priceless.”
“I was in a bad accident last week, the local police called T&D and Brian came with flatbed. He's a very nice guy, helped me with some of my stuff in the car. I called later so I could get more things out of the car and spoke to the owner Derrick, who met me at the lot.
