“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

This store has such a variety of beautiful and unusual products at all price points that I always find something that I think is the perfect gift. The salespeople are beyond pleasant—personable and EXTREMELY helpful altho I can be very, very fussy/choosy! They are very patient and take time with every customer. The also have really amazing team members who are incredibly helpful. One team member approached my little ones and asked if they wanted to color at the activity table and gave them stickers at the end of our shopping trip.”
