Got my flu shot yesterday so this is specific to the pharmacy. The good? The people, the chit chat, and the drama free approach. The bad? I am not looking for the bad, but when it finds me I make note. This place had nothing bad to note. Its right downtown so parking is tough. A woman thought she knew me and said a big hello and kept moving. I enjoyed that. The person that shot me up counted to three but injected me at 2. She is a pro and she's cool. The corporate side of these box pharmacies rubs me wrong, but the people make all the difference. This place has what it takes to get the five.

I love this CVS!! I was so disappointed with the CVS in Melrose, across from Walgreens. I walked out and left everything I put in my basket. The isles are wider, and the Pharmacy doesn't rush you. The employees actually enurage with customers instead of congregating in front of the store laughing & socializing with other employees like the CVS across from Walgreens in Melrose. This is the only CVS I will go too!! Also they keep your phone number on record so you don't have to keep entering it to get discounts from CVS card.

We were asked to leave for no reason. We walked in and he asked us to leave because “people stole in the past.” And he called the cops. It’s the Asian man with the buzz cut. Fire him

I forgot the Woman's name working at the pharmacy this Saturday morning. She had black hair and I think her name was Kaitlyn. What really stood out was her remarkable patience. We had several questions about our medications, and she took the time to listen attentively and address each of our concerns with utmost care. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and valued as customers, creating a friendly and welcoming environment within the pharmacy.Shes truly a gem

The CVS brand medications have defective bottle caps. I overpaid for a medication that doesn’t open, and it’s a medication that I needed and had to go without. The CVS on Main St is also dirty and rundown aside from being way overpriced. Forget about returns - it’s a hassle anyway. I use this CVS only in total desperation.

I’ve noticed a pattern develop at this particular cvs in the past months I’ve gone here. Every single teenager that walks into the store is spied on and judged from the moment they arrive and it creates for me and my friends a sense of unsafety knowing someone is always walking behind us to make sure we don’t steal. The staff has always been incredibly rude to me and my friends for just going about our business trying to buy something. I’ve gone here over 50 times and always been judged just for being a teenager.

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been too for some reason the pharmacy is so slow and inefficient. I went to get my medication and they filled one and not the other I had to come back the next day even though I needed that medication. The woman at the pharmacy that’s filling it is so inefficient I legit don’t think she’s doing anything back there. The two people ringing act like they have never typed on a computer before. Completely useless go to another location for better service.

The staff at the pharmacy here are consistently rude and act inconvenienced at doing their job. One negative interaction is understandable, but it seems like the staff there should consider alternative career paths if they’re so unhappy.

I went to get cough medicine and as I picked it up about to go pay a man came out the corner and started screaming "don't touch it if you're not buying it" i was so confused as he started screaming and breathing right on my ear, I felt harassed and attacked as the moisture from his breath started making my ear holes sweat. Very bad customer service will never come back. I felt like he was going to bite my ear

Interested in calling the pharmacy? Don't, you will never reach them. You will hear a rotation of 20 seconds of calming (infuriating) music, and some man repeating a message about flu shots. This will continue for hours, until you finally make the move to hang up. I promise you, you will never speak to a pharmacist.I will do everything in my power to never go to this pharmacy again. Sprain my ankle walking down Main Street Melrose? Nope. Still wont go. I will limp/crawl/drag myself all 3.8 miles up to Stoneham CVS to get an ace bandage. Never going back here. Thanks for reading. Have a lovely day, everybody (besides CVS store #159).

Excellent customer service from Nikola. I hope I’m pronouncing her name right she’s at the rare door cashier, there was a man out there, bothering me. She walked me to my car, made sure that the door was locked. .That’s what you expect when you go in the store and spend your money.

If I could hit no stars, I would. They refuse to ring you up because they are too lazy and make you use self service. Actually refusing to ring me up. They raise there voices and the store is run by teenagers, literally, there is NO management at all.The pharmacy treats me like I'm worthless and they don't try hiding it. It you don't want to be judged by your prescriptions, avoid this store at all costs!

They use to be a great small pharmacy in town with amazing service and professionalism. They are overwhelmed doing what drs offices should be taking care of, vaccines and other covid related issues and has from my opinion caused a rapid decline in service. Leaving for vacation and have been calling for the last 2 days only to be sent to some random vm and never getting a call back. Finally stayed on hold for 48 mins before someone answered and initially said he and picked up by accident. Then to be informed my medication s are backorder and I need to call my dr as they can't do anything other than say what locations have the medications and to have the dr send new rx for pick up. They need to focus on being a pharmacy and get back to how they use to take care of customers.
