“Incredibly well run lab! After waiting over an hour and a half for Quest to take me on a walk in, I called them and was told there would be no wait. I rushed over and before I even finished signing in, the lab tech was asking if I’d like to go right away. She was excellent and professional.”
“Lynn Urgent care was a great visit. I went to see if they can help me with my vertigo. Both the MA and the Nurse that assisted me were very nice. The nurse had great people skills and was able to help me out and provide me with take home information.
Although I hope I don’t need to return. I am glad to have Lynn Urgent care available”

“I have had my blood drawn at this location several times. The staff from the receptionists to the laboratory technicians have been efficient, professional and caring.”
“The low ratings had me nervous, but I had a very pleasant experience. I was 15 minutes late, so my appointment was treated as a walk-in, but I was still seen quickly. The phlebotomist was very nice and accommodated my request for the reclining chair and asked for my preference on getting a countdown versus surprising me. They were skilled at the blood draw and did not blow my vein (as happened elsewhere the last two times I had that done) so it was as painless as it could be.”
“I got my blood drawn here and it was the best experience I’ve had. Super quick in and out since I had an appointment. All of the ladies were sweet, but I was super lucky to get Natasha! Usually it takes multiple attempts to get blood from me since I’m a tough stick, but Natasha sat me down and was successful in literally seconds! Didn’t even feel it! Will definitely be coming back for future blood draws.”
