“this 5 star review goes out to Fahid for making us feel valued.. we recently rented an SUV for 2 days and when getting into and inspecting the potential rental vehicle, we noticed a very strong tobacco odor.. it was unbearable for us as non smokers and although he explained that the car had been in a repair shop for several weeks, he could tell we were just not happy with the strong odor and offered us another car.. we truly appreciated his consideration of our needs..
