“The place is huge! There are at least three floors that I know of and full of wall to wall items. I was there to pick up one item that I saw on sale in an ad. I thought I would take a few minutes to poke around and see what's there, as I did not have a lot of time. I do plan to go back and see what else I can find. If you are a collector of certain things you may just find them there.”

They truly care about their customers and making them happy. In fact, we believe they went above and beyond to enure our satisfaction. We also worked closely with Marcus Wenger (one of the founders/owners) who took time to help us understand the nuances of these structures and aided us exploring design options and materials. This helped to cement for us that not only the workmanship of their products and staff were exceptional, but the artisanship (curb appeal) of the final design would exceed our satisfaction and expectations. And it did. They continued to stay in contact and communications with us during and after the project was completed. That speakers volumes as to the authenticity of this business and that they genuinely care about their projects and their customers gratification equally. You don't often have direct access to a company's founder and owner. They stand behind their work. We could not be happier with our beautiful pergola and the company's staff whose passion is noticeable in their exceptional customer service and quality craftmanship- which goes above and beyond. It you want a sturdy, durable, beatiful, luxury, high quality outdoor product from a business with a long local honest history, do not look any further or waste your time or money looking elsewhere. “This place may look unassuming from the outside but trust me- just go in. This place is huge! The sales people are not in-your-face salesy, which I appreciate. They greeted and welcomed me after I came in and gave me the lay of the land and let me just wander. I ended up buying a modular sectional inspired by one on the floor they had. It was a very relaxed experience from start to finish.”

But as I was trying to find the office supply section, someone saw me looking around with a look of "I don't know WHERE?????!" and she asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the right area and I was able to find the items I was looking for. I found this store very nicely set up and all the items were neatly stocked on the shelves. A nice store to shop.”
