“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. “Took a skunk here today found the poor thing dying in my yard so quickly called them then once I got the okay took it to them drove 45 mins each way and the old lady at the door she just is rude you can tell she hates her life and anyone around her she needs to get a new job in a place like this ONLY GOOD VIBES SHOULD BE AROUND! Then I have to wait until fall to find out if the poor thing lives or died while in their care hell if you don't have someone to update people on trying to save lives I will gladly volunteer to call people back and give updates until fall smh this is a great place otherwise I'm not giving a bad review I'm just stating you dont have to be rude or grumpy to people that are trying to help animals”

Accordingly all the doctors are phenomenal but for my Sonny and my Sophie, we see Dr. Wheeler she is the absolute best veterinarian look no further she is the absolute best and I trust my puppies with her.”
“I have used Mass Equine Clinic as my vet for 3 years and I have always been so impressed with the compassion, professionalism, and medical knowledge of all of the vets. I love that they are a multi doctor practice as I never need to wait long when my horse has an emergency and I know I can trust any vet they send. My horse and I have especially loved working with Dr. Sarah as she is always very thorough and kind.”
“Dr. Augusto and his staff was amazing. My cat got into a scuffle with a racoon on a Sunday, so I had to bring her to PetMedic Urgent Care in Westborough. They put a splint, cast and cone on my girl and said she would have to keep it on for 4 weeks (it was painful to watch her and didn't think we could live through this for a month). On Monday I called Milford Animal Hospital to make a follow up appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Augusto and his team were very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Augusto immediately took to the cast, splint and cone off which was such a relief. I don't think my cat would have healed as quickly with a cast and cone (and it would have been torture for her and us). She has healed naturally and quickly thanks to the team at Milford Animal Hospital. I am so thankful! I highly recommend Milford Animal Hospital and Dr. Augusto.”

“Miko LOVES going here to see his vet and get his shots. Sometimes he may be a little tired after however he is always very good for them. Prices are reasonable and they take very good care of him. I highly recommend them as vet services and I'm a former vet tech myself”

“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.”
“I have nothing but good words to speak of banfeild Holliston. We have brought our 11 year old German shepherd here since 2020 after a bad experience at another vet, they have taken care of him every time something comes up. I took in my grandparents 12 year old cat 1.5 years ago and started noticing she was having issues recently, after yet another bad experience at a different vet, I decided to bring her to banfield Holliston. They were so caring for her and took her right in and although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, they were so compassionate and supportive of which ever path we took for her. Laying out all the pros and cons and giving us multiple options. After trying a few things, she unfortunately got worse and decided to go the humane euthanasia route while she was on a slightly better day and not suffering. The entire staff was so caring and even sending us a card with hand written messages from everyone who met PJ there along with her paw prints. Can’t thank their staff enough and although banfield is a large corporation, this specific location goes above and beyond for your animals.”

I brought my dog to the ER to see the neurology specialist. Yes, I had to wait and it was very expensive, as anything medical - human or animal - tends to be. But they were transparent from the get-go. Each and every staff member was pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions.
I would highly recommend this hospital and I would take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt.”
“Amazing experience here for the first time! I don’t typically leave reviews but the staff at Banfield deserve all the credit. Brought my 8 week old puppy in for her first vet visit. They were nothing but helpful, kind, and had amazing communication. They were amazing with answering all my over complicated questions and providing attentive service to my Halo girl. Nothing but kind people that work here. My girl was dropped off and left with no anxiety at all and she’s still the happy loving puppy she was I dropped her off. They also had great recommendations and advice for her as a growing bully. They were direct and honest in providing feedback and treatment services. They provided the real and don’t beat around the bush, which I appreciate greatly as I want to make sure my pup is getting the correct services at the correct times and her growth is maximized. Thank you to the staff for an amazing visit and I look forward to working with them for years to come!”
