“I had 2 health concerns regarding my 12 year old shih tsu. His hearing seemed to be failing and he was limping on his right front leg. As always the staff is caring and patient. I appreciate that treatment discussions included a conservative and less expensive approach. For now his hearing will be monitored and simple pain meds seem to be helping with the limp.”

Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. “Just took my 5 year old Shih Tzu for the first time. Everyone from front desk, the tech and the Vet were all so kind and took time to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt comfortable and understood the information provided.
My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.”
