“Our family is very grateful to this animal hospital. From start to finish, every interaction has been professional, warm, and supportive. When I brought my cat in for difficulty breathing, I was terrified for her, but the med student who did our triage kept me updated throughout my cat's treatment and reassured me she was in good hands. Our ER doctor did not rush through their findings, and helped me understand what would happen next, truly great bedside manner. I also appreciate the urgency showed by the front desk team when we arrived. And when checking out at the desk, they made sure I had a thorough understanding of what I was signing, how the payment process works, and what would happen next, as I was leaving my kitty overnight. The next day I received a call from Dr Mosichuk from the Cardio team, who explained my cat's condition(s) thoroughly, but not in a way that was overwhelming or difficult to follow. It was evident that she was not just treating the condition, but rather, treating my senior kitty, and her health overall. I am so grateful to be supported by this team as we navigate my cat's care going forward.”

“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.”

“Amazing experience here for the first time! I don’t typically leave reviews but the staff at Banfield deserve all the credit. Brought my 8 week old puppy in for her first vet visit. They were nothing but helpful, kind, and had amazing communication. They were amazing with answering all my over complicated questions and providing attentive service to my Halo girl. Nothing but kind people that work here. My girl was dropped off and left with no anxiety at all and she’s still the happy loving puppy she was I dropped her off. They also had great recommendations and advice for her as a growing bully. They were direct and honest in providing feedback and treatment services. They provided the real and don’t beat around the bush, which I appreciate greatly as I want to make sure my pup is getting the correct services at the correct times and her growth is maximized. Thank you to the staff for an amazing visit and I look forward to working with them for years to come!”
