“Great staff and with very friendly service. The office is clean and organized. The whole facility is also very clean and organized. I would recommend new tenants to this location!!Easy in and out access to the property. It seems secure and safe to store your stuff there. I rent the climate controlled space. It is nice to feel warm when getting at your stuff in the winter and in the summer it is nice and cool.?”

“Very new and clean inside. However my one main gripe is the auto sensing lights outside my storage locker. I had to assemble a shelf that took about 15 minutes to do and the lights around me kept going off after about 5 seconds of being on. Then they would flick back on 2 seconds later, then off 5 seconds later. It got really annoying real fast. I'm all for the smart sensor technology to come on when someone approaches, but for all that's good in the world, please STAY on for at least 3 minutes, unless there is movement in the area. Hopefully someone fixes this issue soon.”

“I have stored my RV at Extra Space Storage in Salisbury for ~18 months. I have had zero issues while storing my rig there. Seems safe, requires a code entry to get past the gate. Structures are in good condition. Location is convenient. I’m a happy camper!”

“As far as renting a storage unit , nothing could have been easier here . On the day I inquired about the availability of a certain sized storage unit , after a few questions I signed what needed to be signed and paid what needed to be paid. The following day my code to get in was activated and I was moving my belongings into my storage unit. Very helpful staff and easy to access. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.”

“Best storage facility I've used. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Having 24 hour climate controlled access is quite handy and the indoor units are clean and well maintained. The only thing making this not a 5 star review, is that one of the lift elevators has been broken for seemingly quite some time, at least in the several months I've rented.”

“Clean, easy access, but be careful with the bait and switch pricing. First month or two/ three and then they up it dramatically! Started at $97 then went to $160 for a 5x10. When inquired about the price change they said yeah we know but once people are in they do not want to move out again. So they gotcha.”
“Its clean and well operated but the escalation in prices was mind blowing! Starting at about $185 in 2016, it increased slowly to $202 as of Jan 2021 and then jumped to $217 for the rest of the year. I was then informed that rent was going up to $248!! A 22% increase in less than a year. I complained and was offered a rate of $228 but I've had enough. I'm out as of this week.”
“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit. “Rent increase was 1st in many years BUT A jump from $185 up to $220 was a bit much. That is ALOT in just a months time. Otherwise place is ok. Plenty of room. Could use more room between rows of units as well as more lighting at night. Every unit should have one outside and 1 inside light. Too dark at night. Could pose safety concerns. All in all the place is ok and secure. Cameras everywhere give you a sense of security on top of the numeric entry pad to get in. Pretty safe and secured. Never had any issues to be concerned about feeling as if my stuff might not be safe. The thought never crossed my mind. Therefore it must be secure. NICE!”
