“I don't think I've ever encountered such kind and empathetic people during a car crisis throughout my life. I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

He worked endlessly on my old car and even came and grabbed me at 10 pm so I would have my car for the next day. There’s no mechanic out there that would do that but Shawn did. “We were hearing a banging noise in our Tundra while on vacation in Salisbury, MA. After checking reviews we decided to stop in at Grays garage. He was very busy but made time to listen to my husband, and gave him an appointment for the next day. We went early to let the exhaust pipe cool, he took us right away and removed a broken Leaf spring, charged us $30. He is honest, clean garage, efficient, I would recommend Grays before anyone else in the area.”

He replaced the Transmission and clutch in my Cummins Swapped SquareBody Chevy and rebuilt the rear end for me this time around.
last time I brought him my truck, I had him mount some custom, large, load range E tires that nobody else could seem to balance properly and he was able to get it done with no problem and gave me the best alignment I’ve ever had on a 40 year-old truck that tracks straight as an arrow down the highway at 75 miles an hour.
I should also mention that I usually work on all my own vehicles for the past 30 years , including custom builds and repairs, I don’t always have time and there’s only a few shops I would ever trust to work on my stuff and he is one of them, Especially if I do encounter something that’s beyond my skill set.”

“Above and beyond! Eddie to the rescue, literally. My car wouldn't start at 4:30 on Friday while parked at a store in town. After 3 failed jumps we called AAA for a tow (and a 90 minute wait...). I called Eddie to see what time the shop closed and instead of saying see you tomorrow, he asked where I was and immediately drove down to meet me to see if he could get it started. He knew all the tricks, got it started somehow, drove it back to his shop to fix it and it was ready first thing the next day. Unbelievable service from a mechanic who is honest and cares about his customers. Thank you!”
“Every other time I have been there it was great. I called earlier and asked if I need an appointment for my tire because I had a nail in it or could I just show up? He said yeah just come by. I show up an hour later and he says he's the only one there and it wouldn't be for atleast a few hours. Really wish he would of said something like that on the phone. And when I was there he was pretty much talking to me walking away from me. Ended up leaving. Still leaving 5 stars because I'm not a dick, and every other time was great, but I definitely did not enjoy this experience.”

“My car wouldn't start, so AAA towed it to the nearest AAA-certified shop, which happened to be Quick Stop Auto. Despite no prior appointment, they took my car to look at, and even provided me with a loaner to drive until it was fixed, with no charge, only asked that I refill any gas used. I was in and out within minutes.
They were communicative, providing me with an emailed report of my car's health and needed work as well as recommended items, then called to discuss the work and cost. They were honest and upfront, incredibly friendly at all times (shout out to Mike, Ben, and Eric, as well as whoever did the work behind the scenes), and got my car working exactly as they said they would. I will absolutely go to them again, though hopefully it'll be for planned maintenance and not a bad battery necessitating a tow next time!”
