I had my 4 year old son with me, and Jakob, without asking, double bagged and hid the toys in the front seat, making room for all of the tires, and not giving away the fact that there were toys in the trunk. Also they are always kind, efficient, and helpful!”

“I don't think I've ever encountered such kind and empathetic people during a car crisis throughout my life. I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

I've had the privilege of knowing Shaun since I was a little kid, and my family has been going to him since before I was born (I'm in my 20s). You won't find a more honest and hardworking mechanic than Shaun, his work is his passion, and the level of care that goes into his work and customer service reflects that. He's been my mechanic ever since I've been driving, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Every time I need to have work done on my car he is transparent and goes over all my options with me for how to fix things. Sometimes people's goals with their vehicles are different, and I greatly appreciate that he respects things aren't always one size fits all. I've had 3 cars so far in my life, a $500 crappy beater subaru, a mechanically solid, but rusted Toyota, and lately I've finally been fortunate enough to own something much newer. No matter what I brought to him, I've always had the best customer service and quality of work. If you're looking for someone who you can trust, and treats every car like a Porsche regardless how new or old your vehicle is, he's your guy.”

“We were hearing a banging noise in our Tundra while on vacation in Salisbury, MA. After checking reviews we decided to stop in at Grays garage. He was very busy but made time to listen to my husband, and gave him an appointment for the next day. We went early to let the exhaust pipe cool, he took us right away and removed a broken Leaf spring, charged us $30. He is honest, clean garage, efficient, I would recommend Grays before anyone else in the area.”

“Phil is absolutely amazing to work with! I came in one afternoon after seeing an 05 Camry that caught my eye on Facebook. It had very low miles and I was skeptical to say the least. But when I arrived at the shop, he put it up on the lift immediately so I could see the underside (which was in great shape). And he let me know all the work he put into it which included new brakes and tires. He let me take it out for a quick rip and after returning, I told him I was very interested in making a deal. He had the vehicle up for $6,995 but we ended up agreeing on $6,200 as I told him my budget was closer to 6K.
Before I left, I mentioned that the roof had some paint chips on it and he told me he would take care of that. I also told him I was interested in undercoating as well since it was an older car.
When I came back the next day to do paperwork, he was in the shop painting the roof himself! I couldn't believe it. I told him I would be back in a few days to pick it up and he said he would undercoat it as well in the meantime.
This man knows how to run a business and you can tell. He understands the customer and really shows he cares. I highly recommend!! He has earned a new customer for life to say the least.”

He replaced the Transmission and clutch in my Cummins Swapped SquareBody Chevy and rebuilt the rear end for me this time around.
last time I brought him my truck, I had him mount some custom, large, load range E tires that nobody else could seem to balance properly and he was able to get it done with no problem and gave me the best alignment I’ve ever had on a 40 year-old truck that tracks straight as an arrow down the highway at 75 miles an hour.
I should also mention that I usually work on all my own vehicles for the past 30 years , including custom builds and repairs, I don’t always have time and there’s only a few shops I would ever trust to work on my stuff and he is one of them, Especially if I do encounter something that’s beyond my skill set.”

Every staff member I spoke with was very polite and professional. Very responsive, informative, and they treat the vehicles with care.

“Above and beyond! Eddie to the rescue, literally. My car wouldn't start at 4:30 on Friday while parked at a store in town. After 3 failed jumps we called AAA for a tow (and a 90 minute wait...). I called Eddie to see what time the shop closed and instead of saying see you tomorrow, he asked where I was and immediately drove down to meet me to see if he could get it started. He knew all the tricks, got it started somehow, drove it back to his shop to fix it and it was ready first thing the next day. Unbelievable service from a mechanic who is honest and cares about his customers. Thank you!”

“Every other time I have been there it was great. I called earlier and asked if I need an appointment for my tire because I had a nail in it or could I just show up? He said yeah just come by. I show up an hour later and he says he's the only one there and it wouldn't be for atleast a few hours. Really wish he would of said something like that on the phone. And when I was there he was pretty much talking to me walking away from me. Ended up leaving. Still leaving 5 stars because I'm not a dick, and every other time was great, but I definitely did not enjoy this experience.”
