They go above and beyond to meet client needs, spending significant time to resolve issues. While some policies like fund holds can be frustrating, the service is exceptional. The branch and its very willing staff are highly recommended for their dedicated service.
The service is generally friendly and the staff is quite knowledgeable, which makes my visits pleasant. However, I've noticed that the wait times can be longer than expected during peak hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent bank with a few areas that could use improvement.

I am not happy with a 2 week hold on my funds via check; but the staff at this branch went above and beyond for me. I'm leaving a positive review for the branch because the staff spent 40 minutes with an address issue for opening my account up; they didn't have to do that for me. I would recommend branch to anyone else.
