“While I can’t post about the quality of the repairs at Ray’s, I can post about their integrity. My car stopped working on 495, about three hours from home, and was towed to the shop. Steve worked with me to understand the issue, tried to source parts, and gave me solid advice as to whether or not it was worth fixing my car. It would have been a pretty expensive job ($5500 for parts alone), and rather than taking my money, he said I was better off to not put more money into it. Not only that, but he allowed me to leave the vehicle at his shop for ten days until I was able to have it towed back to my house. If I lived closer, this would be my auto shop. Thanks again, Steve.”

I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

“I had a check engine light cone in on my 2015 truck Friday morning, I called Brazusa auto to see when I can have my truck looked at and they ask me to come right down and made time for me. Repairs where made the same day and picked it back up by the end of the day. Rate is always fair and never had any problems.”

They drove to me, with a jack, took off the tire, went back to the shop, fixed the tire and drove me back to my car all within an hours time. “Henry was a life saver! I was two hours from home and my front right strut broke. I took my tacoma to Henry's after being denied by another garage that wouldn't even look at my truck to tell me if it was drivable. Henry took one look at the undercarriage and new what happened. He and his receptionist, Brooke, called several people trying to find the part I needed and eventually found one to get me on the road within a few hours. They were both kind and understanding. “My car wouldn't start, so AAA towed it to the nearest AAA-certified shop, which happened to be Quick Stop Auto. Despite no prior appointment, they took my car to look at, and even provided me with a loaner to drive until it was fixed, with no charge, only asked that I refill any gas used. I was in and out within minutes.
They were communicative, providing me with an emailed report of my car's health and needed work as well as recommended items, then called to discuss the work and cost. They were honest and upfront, incredibly friendly at all times (shout out to Mike, Ben, and Eric, as well as whoever did the work behind the scenes), and got my car working exactly as they said they would. I will absolutely go to them again, though hopefully it'll be for planned maintenance and not a bad battery necessitating a tow next time!”
