Beware of this retail (not corporate) Verizon location!
I wanted a new phone for my young daughter who already had a plan. After explaining that I didn't need an upgraded plan, I was duped into trading in her phone to receive a new phone along with an unnecessary plan.
Next time, I will go to a real corporate location like I normally do. Instead, I tried this location out of convenience and will be paying the price. If you go there against my suggestion, make sure that everything is put in front of you in writing!

we added a new line and the representative said they had a new offer to add a free watch when you add a new line and the watch is free. he said we will only pay 5 Dollars for the plan. when we got the bill it was 22 dollars for the watch, plan was 10 dollars not 5 and the watch was not free like the rep claimed. we will bring it back to the store. do not lie to customers please. honor what you say.

I just went to this specific location after I just buy a new phone in the Apple Store unlocked I just wanted to open a phone line with Verizon and the attitude of the employee makes me change my mind and go to T-mobile, he just told me to go back to Apple Store and return the phone and the after I return the phone and go back to the store and get the phone at the store to open the new phone line, when I leave the store I went to T-mobile and it took me 5 minutes to get a new line for my unlocked iPhone 15 plus, poor customer service. They guy that just help me looks like that he was bother cause he look like Hispanic we started speaking in Spanish with him, probably he prefer speaking English but that’s not fair not getting solutions for a customer.

My fiancé and I came in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 this past weekend. We've been loyal with Verizon since we opened a plan together almost 6 years ago. We had the iPhone 12 Pro Max and were initially going to keep the same model, but after comparing the Pro Max to the new Plus, it was a no-brainer to go with the Plus. It is the same size and cheaper, and we didn't care for the 5x zoom camera, so it made the decision easier.Alberto serviced us and he was amazing. We called ahead and spoke with him and then he took care of us while we were there. We went into the back and found the only 2 Plus models they had left; and even found me a blue Titanium Pro Max and I almost changed my mind! I told him to hang onto it and make someone else's day. I was having issues with my iCloud Backup, and Alberto assured there were going to be no issues - and he was right! He transferred everything over to our new phones swiftly and easily, and made the entire experience simple. He alerted us that we had an insanely good trade-in value, so we convinced ourselves to splurge a little with new cases. He also told us to give Verizon billing a call to see if they could waive the new phone fees since we've been loyal customers for so long - another great tip! They removed the fees within one live chat session.If you're looking to get into Verizon for new phones, you HAVE to go to the location in Methuen in the Loop complex and see Alberto. You won't be disappointed!

Verizon service the most inefficient that exists, I do not recommend it to anyone. They don't know how to support.

The store... is a store receipt one guy did distract me long enough one day to keep my 65 dollars for an apple watch after twenty minutes he'd come back out and knew I'd forget within my flustered mind and never mentioned it after wards. I never bothered about it. Just in my memory bank is All. (My phones are new) so this was recent!
