Even when it gets super busy and the line is long, the staff are always pleasant and try to help to the best of their abilities. I do like my pharmacy but at the moment I'm pretty outraged. My prescriptions have been processing all day. I have now and still am on hold for the pharmacy for an hour. I get they may be busy, but corporate needs to hire more help.
