My package was at this location, and the delivery driver who delivers to Falmouth stole my very expensive package! And whoever it is even signed for me, and misspelled my last name. I was not even home at the time of the delivery. This is crazy, and FedEx has been no help

Horrible and unreliable service. If you like your packages to arrive on time, make sure you do not use fedex. I have had packages dropped off at the wrong house several times. And every time I order from a company that uses FedEx my packages are always delayed or late. Awful.

FedEx consistently falsely claims attempted deliveries. I've observed the driver placing a package at my neighbor's doorstep, not mine. However, they have falsely reported attempted deliveries four times in total. Despite being home, I receive delivery attempt notifications on my phone. Reporting the issue to management hasn't yielded any response.

Avoid FedEx at all costs if you live on the cape or any other area this place services. Multiple times they say they delivered the package but nothing ever shows up. I have cameras setup and they never even step on the property when they claim they “delivered”. This has been going on for about a year now and it’s not getting better. I choose UPS whenever I can but I can’t control other companies when they use FedEx. Luckily, I live in an honest part of the world and the people at other houses deliver it to me. Why FedEx can’t do that is beyond me. I’ve even spoken to the drivers that come here and they say FedEx will hire anyone they can get and get complaints all day long but nobody cares.If you want a better shot at getting a package, use UPS. These FedEx drivers around here have zero clue.

Zero stars. You tell me you have tried to deliver but no truck has ever come to my house. I have contacted your support center twice but you do not respond. My phone number is on the package. How about picking up the phone and asking for directions if you cant find my house?

FedEx is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with and I own a company that ships daily. Their drivers steal packages, lie and say they are delivered when they aren't and customer service does nothing to help. I have called and asked them to contact the driver and find out where my package is and they refuse. They tell me to contact the sender to have them file a claim. They do not hold their drivers responsible and let them do as they please. They also hide their contact information for local distribution centers so that they cant be called directly to have them investigate anything.

Wish I could give negative stars!!!!Worst drivers in the world!!! Three times my packages have said delivered to my front door and yet NO package! I was home and literally watched the fedex truck drive right by my house. All three times!! I’ve called numerous times and they tell me there is nothing they can do. The drivers probably keep packages they like! Worst company even worse drivers!!!
