“Reinaldo, the bank manager, greeted me when I walked in. He was pleasant and immediately asked me how he could help me. I explained that I was interested in opening an account. He directed me to Stephanie Nunez, who explained in detail, the accounts they offered. I was surprised to find out that there is no minimum daily balance on the accounts offered. Stephanie was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I was on my way to work, which I mentioned to her during my visit. She executed everything with Five Star Service!!! I love this branch and what Salem Five has to offer.”
