I live out of state, and she took our phone conversation, where I explained my lack of vision, what I liked, didn't like, concerns I had with a winter wedding, and she ran with it- and absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was SO thrilled with her work, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend :)”

“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. To all at landscape express, thank you very much for everything! Also to everyone else looking for anything landscape related and want people you can trust with integrity, these are your guys!”
“Good variety, like everywhere, prices have gone way up. Used to come for the variety, the weird and unusual plants, but that seems to have been discontinued. Now, it's about the same as any other garden center. Staff is knowledgeable and mostly friendly.”

“Awesome place to get reasonable and affordable tropical houseplants! I recently got philodendron Burke Marx 6 inch. It was a great price and super healthy. I also got other 4 inch tropicals, the peperomia obtusifolio variegate, phildendron Brazil, etc. I also got other plant pots. Everything was wonderful, totally recommend!”
“Ordered a cord of firewood. Came dry, clean and a healthy cord. I admit I shy away from getting wood at a nursery since they are always more $. I did pay about $30 more but i am happy I did. Some other places told me their wood was wet (kudos for honesty). I took 1 star off since it was a bit more $”

“It's probably bigger than the one in Salem and Danvers. It's fairly organized, the selections give you enough options to choose from. It's mainly self checkout, only a couple lanes have an employee manning the cashier position.”
“A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny! “Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”
