“I worked with Alan this week to buy a new, safe car within my budget. My vehicle was still drivable so I wasn't in a rush, but walked in for an appointment on Wednesday and drove a car off the lot on Saturday. Alan handles all the registration transference for a fee, so I was able to leave the old car and take the plates. It would have been a quicker turnaround if not for my schedule!
Alan is a stand-up guy and wonderful to do business with. He was very knowledgable and honest about the cars on the lot, allowing us to sit in and test drive a number of vehicles before making a decision. He does a lot of upfront work and can vouch for all vehicles on his lot being safe and ready to go. He even dedicated a decent amount of his time to listening to a family member's horror story dealing with a corporate dealership and gave lots of great advice about how to move forward in that situation.
I highly, highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car - whether a starter vehicle or making an investment in something higher end!”

“Good and honest mechanics do exist and I found some with Bossi Auto. Phillip Bossi inherited this Wincher Auto shop from his father and kept it truly as an honest shop to go as far as I have experienced so far. Having to deal with some Cambridge and Arlington roadside shark mechanics, I must admit to my regret that I did not find this shop earlier in my own town. Phillip has two good mechanics in his shop with four car lifts. The shop is busy but not crowded. These mechanics might not say much but they are very experienced and know what they do. Price is not only competitive but very reasonable for those of us who need regular maintenance of their cars. The shop also inspects cars and provides stickers. The shop has enough parking outside and fortunately, tow truck drivers do not have to sweat to deliver the cars to the shop. I highly recommend this place for any car repair and inspection.”

“We needed to replace a car that was in an accident quickly when my insurance company gave me 7 days for a rental car when it was determined my Lexus was totaled Will not mention their name (SF) never a claim in 40 years, and it took 3 weeks to get a check for a the minimal amount, cancelled (SF) that day. But this review is for Northeast Auto Gallery. I always dreaded the used car buying experience, it was similar to a Proctologist appt, you knew what was coming.
After several used car lots met that exaptation, I found the vehicle we were looking for at NAG in Wakefield. Being from NH it was a hike to see the car and was well worth the drive. Garen was profession, personable, and most important likable. No pressure, with an exceptional offering of vehicles. Contrary to anyone I have come across in the used or new car market wait for it,,,,, he kept his word. We had a brake issue after the sale and had a local shop take care it. With all of this if you are looking for a premium use care check these guys out. (He does have a couple sweet vets on the lot)”

“I came here because it’s been a few years since I’ve had a classic car. I’ve had Corvettes and they’re too small now and I started to look at as crazy as it sounds VW karmann Ghia’s and Avanti’s online. To get right at the point, here’s a Ghia about forty minutes from my house. So I make the trip down on Wednesday but there’s a slight mist and rain in the air. I can’t contort my body to get into the driver seat, and I’m thinking well that dreams gone. Now, I’m in the shop walking around talking to the owner who I can tell is knowledgeable and easy to talk with and knows exactly what he’s talking about no phony baloney and he’s a good guy on top of it. We talked about a couple of older possible Mercedes-Benz for ownership, we talked about other things including life. Come to found out, we have a lot in common. I went back yesterday got in the Karmann Ghia with the roof up again had to contort myself a little bit. I’m working on a sprain knee on top of it. We put a tag on the car and I go putting around for 25 minutes. I tell him I love the car and please tell me some more things about it. I’m now more emphatic. I want the car, I come back today. Take the car go to my credit union it took a little while. Got the insurance taken care of, it took a little while. Drove back nice and slow missed third gear one or two times. Oh by the way the beautiful newer top was down, OMG it was awesome, so many beeps and thumbs up on the way back. I made it back to his business and happy to add I got it right into reverse. It’s a little tricky, not used to having it on the left side of second gear, but as Michael said after a couple of three days, I’ll do it blind so in the meantime, Michael’s got the car up on the lift. We’re checking a couple things out. He’s getting a bunch of papers and books together. He’s going to order a couple things that I like and he’ll take care of a couple of items that he noticed that weren’t awful but noticeable. I’ll be back next week. I already told Michael, it’s the most fun and the best experience I’ve ever had buying any vehicle bar now. And oh yeah, Michael is not a money grabber In other words he is not trying to beat up potential clientele. These cars are almost all gone and even fewer are on our city streets and highways. So that’s why I chose this not many are out there but if you’re able to get into one, make sure you buy it and hope that you get it from European Motorsports, because Michael’s a great guy and a Encyclopedia full of knowledge as is his staff also. Shout out to Enzo and Tiny.
