The rubber mat was folded and the high quality carpet mat was a fine replacement. Car keys Express(Peter) was very effective and the 20% discount was appreciated, but paying $420 for a car key is too high.

While there is no need for salesmen to wear suits at CarMax like the Infiniti dealership next door, I think wearing shorts in the office even on a summer day is unprofessional, I also think all employees should button their top buttons; sounds corny, I realize, but some salesmen in shorts and loose shirts did not reflect well on CarMax. Thanks for listening, and give Daniel a desk behind the wall where the heavyweights work, perhaps Jared's office when he's not using it . . . .”

“Over the past year I have purchase 2 cars from Louis and possible a 3 soon too. I am a clean freak and very particular of my cars. I can honestly tell you Louis has a great eye for picking the best of what is out there as well as pricing fairly too. He goes threw each car with a fine tooth comb. As an example I bought the 99 Black Mercedes SL500 AMG convertable as my 40th birthday present to myself back in April and had it checked out by my mechanic whom use to work for Mercedes and he said he could not find a single think wrong with it.”
