Michael, the owner is by far the most understanding and informative shop owner that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His passion for harm reduction and desire to give the community a safer alternative to combustible tobacco is by far one of the greatest things.I have ever witnessed. We need more people like him at the forefront of this battle. The process was simple and the prices were fair and he will go as far as specialized orders if you need something he doesn't have.
