  Staff who show no interest in helping customers at all and make you feel like they want you to leave as soon as possible. I waited 20 minutes because the bank’s own ATM gave me a torn bill, and they took 20 minutes just to exchange $20.

  If u go to the Milford branch make sure u ask for JAKE he is the BEST. Always with a smile and so willing to help you with anything. Knows exactly what to do with no confusion or hesitation. 5 + stars.
