Chose this place because it said there was food. No food. Amenities were non- existent. Hot tub was broken and apparently has been for months. Old glue on the door and no replacement mirror. Broken cabinet doors. Broken toilet. Air conditioners that sounded like jet planes. Dog on the floor. -(requested no dog floor) Hallways reeked of pot.Night clerk tried to charge me $20 for a tiny wine bottle. Not worth what we were charged. Stay anywhere but here.

Not worth it - especially compared to what's advertised. (This could be a 'really' good hotel and it simply does not deliver.) Whirlpool and pool broken and closed without notice or comp. Air conditioner beyond loud. NO breakfast as advertised - but they will sign you up for microwaved foolishness at extra cost. The list goes on & on ...& on. One staffer worth his salt. Too bad this place misses the mark.

Not impressed. Service was bad. Jacuzzi was broken, this was never told to me until I went to the pool room. Room smelled bad. Extra charged for “amemities”. There were no amemities.

We used the Sonesta Boston/Milford for our room block for our 10/28 wedding for two nights (10/27 & 10/28). The hotel was very accommodating of guests, clean and affordable. We used the conference room for hair and make up morning of the wedding, for the after party in the evening, and the following morning for a farewell breakfast. All went well and the staff/food was wonderful!

Pretty decent hotel. Beds were okay and Wi-Fi is pretty good. Definitely not a fan of having to pay for breakfast but I guess you can call me spoiled. Haha. They should have free coffee and hot chocolate at the least. It's definitely cheaper to go grocery shopping especially if you're staying more than a week or two.

Very beautiful & nice patio, late night snack options in hotel. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Closed captions on TV was backwards but not a big deal.

While the location is right off the highway and the staff tries to accommodate as best as possible, the rooms need maintenance. The AC units need filters to be clean because of the musty Oder. We asked for a non smoking room but the room has the lingering smell or smoke. The bathroom smells of dirty laundry. If the location was better maintained I think the hotel would be great. Caution if you have allergies this may not be the location for you.

This hotel is gross and not well managed. We spent one night because we had a softball tournament in Bellingham. We check into our room and all we wanted to do was shower, but the shower was broken. I told the manager and he told me I was doing it wrong so I went back to my room and tried again and still no water coming out of the shower. He then spent time trying to fix it, but by that time, we needed to go to dinner. Ultimately he wasn't even able to fix it. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was because he did take $50 off of my room, but it should have been more. The bathroom had hair all over the and the toilet was so gross. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it but they sprayed a STRONG spray to cover it up. I had to open the sliding glass door the perfume smell was so strong. Not enough towels by the pool so had to go to the front desk and ask for some and he brought 3, with around 15 people in the pool. Never once did they apologize for the shower. Only positive I can say is that the courtyard area is nice. Thats it! DO NOT STAY here if you can help it.

Terrible stay. WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE. Breakfast was ridiculously disgusting and had no options that I wanted. Mold EVERYWHERE!! I could’ve died. My breathing has not been the same since. Wheelchair not accessible. Every person there was atrocious. People on the east coast are terrible and they do not represent the America I love. I hated it here and would only recommend this place for my worst enemy. Maybe not even for them!!!Safety: I felt incredibly unsafe.Noteworthy details: Tasty mold in the shower.

They charge for parking. It’s in front of a Lowe’s in a suburb. They obviously do this because they can but there’s no way I’d stay here again. It’s ridiculous. Also not as clean as it could be. The coffee barista was very nice.

The interior of this hotel is adequate. The entrance and desk area is the cleanest of the hotel. Thymes trick you as you arrive. It’s clearly evident management doesn’t frequently walk the common grounds, halls or check guest rooms for cleanliness.Unfortunately, I was forced to stay for 4 nights because I have a small dog. My family stayed at another nearby hotel that was much cleaner and cared for- for the same amount per night.I will attach pictures of the common grounds where there is seating around a fire pit and also two broken down tables for you to enjoy a meal outside with your family… NOT! … The bushes are so overgrown over a pathway at a side entrance that if you’d like to use the walkway instead of the roadway to enter the building you have to lean and hope that you don’t get bugs in your hair! Thank Goodness no one I saw required a wheelchair or crutches, they would never be able to pass! The seating area in the courtyard has filthy cushions and another set of overgrown bushes that are growing right over the couches!I called the customer service line to alert higher management and also told the assistant GM, neither really cared to look for themselves. They did send the landscaper the next morning and I chuckled as I watched them cut the lawn, ignore the overgrown bushes and all of the cigarette butts in the brush. What a lovely experience. Definitely skip this place if you have any class and like to feel clean! ?Noteworthy details: Dog hair in the tub from the last guest upon arrival and the lovely set of urine in our room because I don’t think they’ve ever shampooed the carpets.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. It used to be premier place to stay in the metro west county. In addition, they used to appreciate the business traveler that would stay here for months at times. After two nights of waking up with headaches, upon opening the shade finding mold. Speaking with the new manager Sean. They wouldn’t respond effectively with dealing with the situation and were extremely rude.Luckily there’s lots of hotels in this area. Be advised, I would not recommend staying at this hotel anymore.

I am a truck driver who stays at hotel in the northeast on a regular basis. Rooms looked clean. Pool looked clean although whirlpool looked dirty and inefficient, yet they said its open. The crowd that was in the hotel looked iffy. Very ghetto. Skeptical.
