Such a nice clean gym. Very helpful staff with good energy. Definitely recommend coming here whether you’re interested in lifting, classes, or cardio workouts there’s such a variety. Sarah was so helpful when I was coming back to renew my membership!!

The gym is nice all in all, more than sufficient equipment. As a woman I feel is unacceptable having men cleaning the women’s restroom. In two occasions me and my friend were at the bathroom and the cleaning person (a male) came in unannounced when we were half naked. I am not sure In whose head that is acceptable. Other women have also felt very awkward about this situation. We have addressed it to management but they fail to make any acceptable adjustments, honestly, its like they don’t care.I stopped going to this gym because of this. It is not ok to have men enter the women’s bathroom to clean, specially unannounced. This is the first time I see a gym that hires men to clean the women’s restroom and I have been a member in many gyms before this one

Can you please explain how having a timer that shuts the sauna off after 15 minutes is a safety concern? My girlfriend said there’s a timer in the women’s locker room..

The GYM at Milford is outstanding. I’ve been a member for 4 years now. All the necessary equipment for weight lifting and cardio. A separate turf area for athletic training (sled, ropes, calisthenics, sprints, lunges, etc). Clean locker rooms, with sauna and shower. A friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Most importantly the best tasting, custom recovery shakes in the business! A+

I love The Gym! I bring my 2 and 4 yo there for childcare while I get a good hour workout. It’s small and personal there isn’t a ton of kids which I love. My kids always have fun, lots of good toys and the sitters are always wonderful! All the gym equipment is nice and new and the private women's area is the BEST! The sauna is a huge plus as well.

I'm very happy with 'The Gym' in Milford. They have the best staff, great instructors with lots of energy and willing make modifications for those who need it. I haven't experienced their juice bar, but I see people enjoying it. Thank you for being in our town.

The dive bar of gyms. All the weights/equipment needed to fulfill your goals. Use to be golds and it still has a bit of the feel. Great mural on the wall that plenty of savages have looked at as they question why they lift so heavy.
Only down side is its relatively cheap and therapy isn’t included when I have to watch inexperienced lifters blow out ligaments trying to do too much.

I love this gym except the the women's only area is always uncomfortably hot. It's not suitable to work out in for long. A treadmill and additional ac in the women's only area and this gym would be perfect!
