Milford Ace Hardware is a great store with a great selection of items, including things not found at big box stores. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and treat customers well. While an error with a paint color caused significant disappointment, the staff was very apologetic, super helpful, and resolved the issue. The store offers a positive experience that bigger chains cannot match.
