They say on website that they close at 4:30 pm. I arrived there at 4:10 pm and the store was closed already. What kind of business is this? If they don’t honor the store hours, they don’t take care of the rest at all.

Went there for a specialty tool. They had it and it was priced less than the big box stores.

Useless. I asked for a part for a hot water heater, and the guy didn't even know what it was, then hung up on me. What a joke.
