Dr. Augusto has never tried to push unnecessary testing or expensive extras on us to gouge for money out of our pockets. He and his team work tirelessly to give exceptional care for our beloved pets every day. We wouldn’t trust ANY other team or facility to treat and care for our dog and cat. They care about your animal and will fit you in for an unexpected visit if need be. We HIGHLY recommend Milford Animal Hospital for the care of your pet family members.”
“We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. “I have used Mass Equine Clinic as my vet for 3 years and I have always been so impressed with the compassion, professionalism, and medical knowledge of all of the vets. I love that they are a multi doctor practice as I never need to wait long when my horse has an emergency and I know I can trust any vet they send. My horse and I have especially loved working with Dr. Sarah as she is always very thorough and kind.”
“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”

“I have nothing but good words to speak of banfeild Holliston. We have brought our 11 year old German shepherd here since 2020 after a bad experience at another vet, they have taken care of him every time something comes up. I took in my grandparents 12 year old cat 1.5 years ago and started noticing she was having issues recently, after yet another bad experience at a different vet, I decided to bring her to banfield Holliston. They were so caring for her and took her right in and although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, they were so compassionate and supportive of which ever path we took for her. Laying out all the pros and cons and giving us multiple options. After trying a few things, she unfortunately got worse and decided to go the humane euthanasia route while she was on a slightly better day and not suffering. The entire staff was so caring and even sending us a card with hand written messages from everyone who met PJ there along with her paw prints. Can’t thank their staff enough and although banfield is a large corporation, this specific location goes above and beyond for your animals.”

“Amazing experience here for the first time! I don’t typically leave reviews but the staff at Banfield deserve all the credit. Brought my 8 week old puppy in for her first vet visit. They were nothing but helpful, kind, and had amazing communication. They were amazing with answering all my over complicated questions and providing attentive service to my Halo girl. Nothing but kind people that work here. My girl was dropped off and left with no anxiety at all and she’s still the happy loving puppy she was I dropped her off. They also had great recommendations and advice for her as a growing bully. They were direct and honest in providing feedback and treatment services. They provided the real and don’t beat around the bush, which I appreciate greatly as I want to make sure my pup is getting the correct services at the correct times and her growth is maximized.
