The manager helped me order my extra wide sneakers. She was polite and helpful. She showed me the color I asked for on her phone. I placed my order with her. She gave me a 20 per cent discount which was great. My shoes arrived at my home with free shipping in four days. I'm happy.

Yesterday I went to DSW in Millbury looking for the best sneakers for working on a concrete floor. George was there and I heard him helping other customers! He was a reminder of customer service for shoe buying which has been lost. I am so grateful for his help

Prices are ok ..for a " warehouse " .
Selection is great ...customer service...it sux ...they should take a cue from the Marlborough or Natick locations ....those places have excellent customer service ?

I just spent over $150 dollars at theMillbury location and they wanted me to BUY a bag to carry out what I bought....Poor business practice...The help is pleasant, when they decided to talk to you.This location needs to take a better look at how they are doing things.

I bought a pair of boots last night, and the woman at the register wouldn't let me use my $5.00 birthday coupon. I had the code for her to scan in my email, but she said that was not the correct email and that she couldn't use it. It says right in the email that I had 9 days left to use my birthday coupon as a reminder. I never did get the $5 off, but I needed the boots, so I couldn't just come back and speak with a manager before making the purchase.Otherwise, the boots and shoes I have bought at DSW are of excellent quality. I give 5 stars for quality ? and price point, and 3 stars for customer service ?.

We came here as a family of 4 with a much needed update on our shoes and sneakers. Let's just say that. Nancy Santos was so invaluable to us in helping us get the best deals for our bucks. We really can't thank her enough. Her shining personality just lit up our faces. So refreshing these days! I hope she is appreciated the way we appreciated her.
