“I had such a notably positive experience shopping at Michael's in Blackstone Valley (Millbury), today, that I really wanted to leave a glowing public review. In particular, the service I received from the associates and **especially Jeanne (who is a gem)**, were above and beyond. Even though this is not the closest Michael's to us, we will surely make this our regular Michael's to shop at from now on!!!!! Wonderful selection, very tidy displays, but above all, the associates there were very kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help (never remotely acting irritated or disgruntled), truly making this Michael's outstanding.
