She kept telling the young man who was on the floor about her woody and buzz shoes and he was so sweet to her and showed her the same enthusiasm in return. It was the first time I had taken her out to buy shoes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So thank you so much to the team that was working that night, it made the rest of our evening perfect!!!!”

“I highly recommend this shop. I stopped by for replacement parts on a firearm I had broken. They had most parts already in stock, including small parts, but my luck ran out and one was out of stock with more on order. They offered to order it for me, if I wanted something specific, but the owner went out of his way to search his personal armory toolbox and comp me the used (in like new condition) part for free with the other items I purchased. “Mike and team at KnH have great customer service and offer a "Trade and Save Program" that gives you store credit towards your new purchases. I recently bought new LAX helmets and sticks and it saved a lot. It is a great way to "grow" your kids into their sports. “My favorite place for serious running and foot apparel. I've shopped here before but I felt bad for showing up 30 min before closing but I knew I would be quick. I was immediately greeted by the 3 employees there. The young man that helped me asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. New running shoes. I'm getting back into running. He explained the process. He was so knowledgeable about everything, which was surprising because he was very young. They check how you walk, they have you step onto a scanner they have that measures your body weight and locations of pressure. All to assist them with finding you the right shoes for you. He came back with boxes of all sorts. He explained the dynamics of every shoe, what it's known for, etc. Not one person was in a rush to close the store. I tried on a few pairs, they even offered to have shoes shipped to the store or my home if they didn't have them there. I decided on the ones I wanted. They were not overly priced, I had expected to pay more for my experience because that's what you get at Marathon Sports, a very thorough and helpful experience. It gives me confidence that I will be comfortable in my new shoes. Other retailers should learn from this place. I will never go anywhere else.”

“Writing this review on behalf of my father Gary who is not computer savvy. he worked a gentleman named Darren over there and had purchased something for my daughter for her birthday on Christmas Eve.. When my dad when in to pick the stuff up on the 20th When he went in there they told him for whatever reason that reason that it was not going to be ready in time to which my father expressed his disappointment to Darren and told him the story about how it was a gift for my daughter who was his granddaughter who was his granddaughter who's birthday is Christmas Eve and how she always gets the short stick having a birthday so close to Xmas. Well he returned the Oxford only to get a call few hours later saying things were all set he could come get the stuff.... apparently Darren has a sister whose birthday is the 26th and could relate....so Darren saved the Xmas birthday”

These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and they love what they do. My neighbor took me down a couple of years ago. We drove from Chelmsford. He went to school in Worcester and knows a number of the cops in town. They told him about the place when he had a problem with his deer rifle.

I have gone many times since. Scott is the owner, this guy can do anything with metal... i think they have more gunsmith work than they can do, but they manage to get it done somehow. Its worth the wait. I've seen them do stuff others said couldn't be done.

The same neighbor inherited a Colt Defender from his uncle. Nice, small, nickel plate finish. It had some nasty pitts on the handle and the barrel. It looked new when he got it back. They didn't plate it, they used a type of super hard finish, much tougher than plating and cheaper.
He loves it!

Anyway, great place, super people, good selection, fair prices. Nice job guys!!! Five stars!!!
