“In and out for my inspection sticker before I could even finish my coffee! They are so friendly and very honest. When I went to go get my sticker last year, they told me what I needed and I knew everything that I needed and they were right on point. A lot of females go to a mechanic shop not knowing anything about cars...it's very easy to be taken advantage of. They didn't know that I used to work for Midas, so for them to be so completely honest about the work that I needed done, meant a lot to me. I recommend for everybody to go there for Mechanical needs/stickers.”

This dealership is a shining example of how great a small business can be. Chris Goodnow shatters every negative stereotype of a used-car dealer. He is honest, fair, transparent, and straightforward.
I walked out after signing the papers with the keys to my (new to me) Tahoe thinking “Wow, that was awesome!”. How often does that happen?
I guess what impressed me most is that Chris Goodnow is the owner / proprietor and he is there every day working and accessible. He follows the principle of doing well by doing good.
After I bought my vehicle and signed the papers, there were a couple loose ends that needed to be addressed and he remembered and took care of them. His staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I recently got a flat on I-90 late on a Sunday night, but by a twist of fate, the tow dropped it right across the street from Grafton Tire.
Brooke and Danny helped me first thing the next morning, going above and beyond to acquire the exact type of tire I needed, repair the flat, and get me on my way within a few hours. Of all the businesses I called in the area, they were the most responsive and the only one able to get me exactly what I needed, fast. They’re extremely kind, communicative, honest, and reassuring. Didn't try to sell me on more than was absolutely necessary, but informed me of other things they noticed I should look out for. If I lived closer, I would ABSOLUTELY be a regular customer.”
“I love Town Fair Tire, and yesterday proved why. I stopped because my stupid tire indicator light went off on my way to Boston, and I was afraid. They had a huge line and a 2-3 hour wait, but the gentleman (I wish I had his name) checked the air pressure on my tires immediately and inflated them all to the same level so the sensor would go off and I'd be on my merry way. He told me if it went off again that I should definitely get it checked out, but I've driven 300 miles since then and all is well. So grateful that this chain is always willing to drop everything and be helpful, no matter where I am!”

I read a few comments on Reddit that also recommended this location and I'm so glad I followed their advice! I called early in the morning on the way to work, and they were able to make time for my vehicle. I needed a tire patch, and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I will mention that in the time that I was there, there were about 10 customers who walked in so it's apparent they have a great reputation, and are always busy. I might have gotten lucky with my timing, but Jeremy the owner was honest with expectations on completion. 10/10 recommend!”

“I had a Kubota BX2350 rear tractor tire repaired at the Westboro shop. It had a broken valve stem. The tire was repaired and refilled for a reasonable price. Great place to do business, I’ll be back.”
“I brought my Maserati in to have the tires changed and it needed a key for the lug nut that had protection on it. We took the time and looked absolutely everywhere for it. I called the guy who took the tires off the last time and he said he used a universal kit. The guy at kayuco there is no universal kit that has a key to those rims. And it turns out he's right. So I ordered a new key from Maserati and I will definitely go back to him when I receive the key to have him change the tires.”

“I just want to say I don't know if they'll read these but Tim and Wayne are over at Service Tire Truck Center on July 2nd before they were closing told me that even if I could get there close to closing time they would wait for me to Mount and balance a tire for a garbage truck I own even though they were trying to leave early for the 4th of July holiday. I made it in time they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were super helpful the following week I brought my truck back they removed the other tire and mounted and balanced it and their prices were fantastic I really hope that whoever sees this sends this off to them so they get to see that people really do appreciate what they do for us”

“Honestly I have never left a review but Kevin deserves it. From start to finish he helped me; it felt more like a big brother giving advice which was really helpful because as a young lady dealerships can and will take advantage. I with authorization from a dealership, brought the car I was interested in purchasing to get a pre-purchase inspection from Premier Auto Repair. Kevin explained the car had a lug nut missing and metal on metal braking. If you are like me and new to all this you are probably thinking what does that mean? and he broke everything down for me. The lug nut being missing meant the wheel could come loose while i'm driving and the metal on metal brakes just icing on top of the cake which means the car was totally unsafe to drive let alone taking it 17 minutes to this repair place. I had to call an Uber to get back to the dealership in which I told them it was unsafe to drive and they were giving me a hard time and what felt like intimidation but Kevin again came to the win. He really did feel like a big brother in the sense he told me the dealership would be notified the car is at their auto repair shop and calmed me down. I appreciated his handling of the situation and it also was nice getting 25 dollars of the PPI, so long story short please go to Premier Auto Repair. I know I will be recommending them beause people really will try to sell you things that will cost way more than they are worth.”
