Told me they don’t accept phone returns but conveniently have return boxes? Confirmed with a Verizon online supervisor at another store that since they are a corporate store, they do handle returns by supplying return labels and boxes. Four people sitting down helping no one. Either they are incompetent or simply lazy. I don’t know which is worse. Stay far away. This store is a waste of real estate.

I’m grateful that Suela helped me process a return on this visit. She was kind even while explaining their policy. She did the right thing even though it’s not easy. However this visit was marred by the Verizon customer service line I had called into. They were too eager to take my money to place a order to pickup in the store. Then when I had gone into pick it up, I wasn’t allowed to because my name did not match the account owner! You could imagine the embarrassment.Later when I called to have this order canceled, they would not process this request. This customer service experience was terrible in that respect and they need to be called out for it. On the other hand in store, they did their part and I’m grateful.

Went to Verizon store at the MILLBURY mall for some help with disconnecting some of our phones. Four employees were sitting around, one was actually working. A woman picked up her head and said she was busy and asked another employee if he was free to help. He reluctantly got up and asked what we needed. He handed us a paper and said to call the number as they can’t help us at the store. What a waste of time and energy. If you are not buying a phone or service, they can’t be bothered. So much for customer service. Consumer cellular here we come.

This is a long review so buckle up and get ready for a ride.I’ve had Verizon since mid 2000’s. I am appalled at the interactions with the employees here today. If you’re hard of hearing, I hope they’re able to accommodate your needs. They sure didn’t accommodate my mothers. I also am disgusted by the ignorance of the employees when it comes to pronouns, even after being corrected more than 4 times it didn’t change.Let move forward …I also want to mention the lack of communication of what’s happening. Getting ignored when asking what happening and only when I told them I’m done with this situation, and want to keep my plan the same as it was… I was told “well that’s going to take longer, I thought you needed to leave”. (2.5 hours and counting...)Then the manager took it upon himself to then continuously ask me why I didn’t want the free internet wifi they’re offering. I told him the reasons above and they still kept pushing the issue trying to convince me to stay with the new plan. I am currently still in the store 2.5 hours later waiting for them to change it. I personally don’t appreciate being questioned and having things pushed at me even when I have repeatedly explained I no longer want what they’re offering.Having offers that sound great but from my long experience with this company, there’s always a silver lining, a fine print or a catch. I said this to the employee and was told “no it’s EXACTLY what you have but cheaper.” That whole to good to be true aspect, was right in this instance. I was told that I would have the same exact features I have on my plan currently AND it would cost less; however, conveniently left out the fact the hot spot would change and no longer have the same amount. (From 15 to 5) If I wanted the same amount it would cost more (shocker …). I said “There it is! Like I said there is a fine print where you lose something.” Then was told the 5G I’ve had on my plan is just a symbol it’s not the better one. At this point, I am over this, and am sitting in the store looking up other companies. The employees started speaking around myself and family and when asked what was happening, it was brushed off and minimized. Again the lack of communication fueled the anxiety I was already experiencing from this encounter. I don’t appreciate being lied to, having my family members experience the discrimination that happened in the store today. On top of getting pushed and questioned as to why I don’t want to change my plan or upgrade the phone. Then the continuation of the pronouns and not speaking up and making it impossible for a person I was with… to understand what was going on. They were then handed the phone back and told to sign, no explanation nothing!I appreciate them working diligently on getting my plan back to where it was. I also realize that they can only control so much with switching the plan back. I also appreciate the other manager listening to why will not be returning here, the amount of ridiculousness that ensued today, that really could have 100% been avoided. I appreciate the fact the store is closed and they’re still working on putting my plan back to where we started.Oh here’s another thing… customers should be aware of….Two employees talking about customers that leave or under their breath, the faces they make and the lack of common courtesy shown is an atrocity. Saying “ugh she’s back again” referring to a customer that was walking into the store. This is customer service and sales, it’s a business, you may feel some kind of way; but as someone like me, who doesn’t know the person walking in… should not know why you’re frustrated with the person who’s walking through your doors.Verizon as a company should really figure out how to make that process easier for the employees.I’m sure they won’t be missing me as a customer considering the company has a lot of money. Here’s my review. Hope it’s helped.

Be careful they close at 5pm. But they are a corporate store. I would never go to a Verizon that isn't corporate as you will usually get ripped off.

What's the point of having a store to visit if they are just going to make you stand in the lobby and call customer service? I was attempting to pick up my new phone and the man in the store (Jose) refused to help me even with my Verizon pass. The manager was a complete fool - I don't remember his name but when I began to tell him about my discontentment with his service, he ran and hid in the back and refused to come back out. I was on the phone with Verizon customer service and the rep on the phone told him to look at my account and he refused saying he would not take verbal consent.... okay, so then why did he tell me to call them and get consent? This location is honestly a zero star location - I will stick with calling customer service and shipping products to my house since there is no point in going to the store.

Customer service on the retail storefront level could use work. The reps here will help you out of obligation, but don't expect an overly happy or positive attitude from them. Their vibe is easy to pickup on and you can tell they aren't thrilled about being there or doing their job.Information in regards to promotions and savings is often misunderstood and misrepresented by the employees themselves. Verizon telephone support versus storefront support feels like two completely separate entities, even though both are operating under the same company. On the phone it's one thing and in person they tell you something completely different. They will tell you to go back and forth to one another for resolution which is completely unprofessional and unorganized. In the end, my issue with a promotion was resolved after spending an hour and a half in-store WHILE also on the phone with Verizon telephone support. Two stars for the resolution, otherwise horrible business that needs evident improvement.
