Josh was incredible- extremely knowledgeable , skilled, patient, and friendly. He addressed every concern we brought to his attention and answered every question. We never felt rushed. When the installers came to finally properly install our cooktop and diwndradt, they too were highly professional and knew what to do. They did not leave until we were satisfied. If we ever need new appliances again in the future, we will only buy from Yale.”
