“We had a wonderful experience with Onxy Marble & Granite in Framingham. Mara in the office was very knowledgeable. She remembers all the stone’s names by heart. She helped us picked 3 different quartz for the kitchen counter top, the vanity top and fireplace hearth. The installer Alex was very experienced too. Some of the works was pretty challenge but he handled well. We are very pleased with the quartz we picked and the work they had done.”
“Jeanie Grace at Kohler was a huge help. She showed us several designs and explained each. We just bought a new higher toilet, vanity and sink. She was so helpful, knew what would fit in our small bathroom. All were in stock and delivery was very quick. Kohler has plumbers available hooked us up with them. Within a week from delivery, the new toilet was in place. The stone people equally skilled and quick to do a template and install the new quartz top and sink. We love it and would definitely return to Kohler and Jeanie Grace.”

“Just had a fantastic customer service experience here - was going in 'just to look' at bathroom tile ideas for our upcoming remodel project and came across Kara at the register/customer service who found Kyle in tile to help me think through what I needed, sizes, estimated and even took me up on my request to do a quick walk through to help me match the vision in my head - he is talented! Both very professional and how refreshing that they actually seem to enjoy what they do for work! I highly recommended this location to my husband who is a General Contractor and typically works with small independently run places since they often times seem to be better at what they do compared to big box/chains. “We just used Stone Inc for our second project: a bathroom remodel. The granite we selected from their Marlborough warehouse was the cornerstone of the project. John Nunamaker at their Marlborough location was always helpful and accommodating. They were working with a design-build company with whom they had never collaborated. John was responsive to the other team as well as us and the end result was spectacular! In addition, they created a unique shelf around our new induction stove which fits perfectly! Though we do not have any projects anticipated in the near future, I would not hesitate to use Stone Inc again.”

From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful! I worked with Logan to design an entire house worth of tile and we were done in less than an hour and a half! He listened to my vision and curated a selection of tile that fit it well, without wasting my time weeding through endless (and overwhelming!) choices.
Catherine also helped me when we decided to change a tile after ordering, and she was very friendly and efficient as well.
The store had EVERYTHING I wanted, including some harder to find tile that I had previously only been able to find online.
