“My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

Daniel (owner) is our first call whenever we experience an issue with either of our vehicles. He and his team are responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They have saved us a ton of money by giving us great advice and offering thoughtful alternatives to pricy and sometimes unnecessary repairs suggested by other shops. “I can't recommend Catalano Automotive Repair enough. After another shop tried charging me for unnecessary work on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, I called Catalano to get a second opinion on a temperature issue, and I'm so glad I did. John was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed exactly what was causing the overheating. He was communicative throughout the entire process and made sure I understood everything he was doing to my car.
I brought it to him fairly last minute since I was leaving for a long road trip at the end of the week, and after I explained the situation, John and his team got the car finished in time for my trip.
