I purchased a box, unfortunately the box was too big and I went back to exchange it but was told by the receptionist and the manager they could not exchange the box it was a final sale. Poor customer service by staff a East Milton Post Office.

The employee put the wrong destination and the mail was sent back to my house. Cause me little amount of money but lots of delay
