I don’t normally write reviews and complain but I feel like I need to. We mailed an important mail on Wednesday, April 16th going into Melrose, MA. It was a certified mail, and paid for tracking. It was supposed to come in Friday, April 18th. Mail went back to the Milton location because the employee put in the system Milton, MA instead of Melrose, MA. Remind you, our letter has Melrose address on it, and the receipt also says Melrose. So tell me why the employee put in Milton? I have no idea why!?
Went back to this location on Monday, April 21st, I was told that the mail was sent back to Boston and will be re-mail. I had a supervisor provide me with more information, he was very helpful but to make the story even shorter, I have no idea where this mail is. It is now Saturday, May 3rd and the mail isn’t delivered yet. The tracking hasn’t been updated. Last time the tracking updated was on April 18th, and another one on April 24th. Ever since the 24th, no tracking updates.
It’s going to be almost 3 weeks and NOBODY, I mean NOBODY knows where this mail is! If this mail is lost or get stolen, the post office will be in A LOT OF TROUBLE, and I mean it!
Stop hiring people who doesn’t know what their doing and putting random city in the system! This is ridiculous, unacceptable and unprofessional that no one can tell me what’s going on!

There was only one person working, and it took a long time to wait. There seemed to be only a few people ahead of me, and I waited here for more than one hour

Rarely have an issues, sometimes wait is long but the employees are very helpful. They will patiently work with each customer through the process.

Staff was very unhelpful. I was shipping a Christmas gift and needed a box to pack it in. The size I needed was not out, I asked the window staff if they could possibly check out back to see if there were more boxes. She sat there and said there are boxes out there. When I explained none that would fit the package she sat from her seat shouted to another staff member multiple times still not getting his attention. The woman turned to me and said there is nothing. No one even looked. I understand it is Christmas time and things like this go quickly, but the USPS had ZERO customer service, and lacked any kind of customer support. If she had gotten off the seat and even pretended to look for a box that would have been sufficient enough for me but didn’t even put in that much effort.

I amSecond in line for ten minutes while a man is being served at the front of the line who apparently is filling out forms and needs all kinds of help. There are now six of us on line with packages to send. This is outrageous.

I mailed letter on March 21, 2023 at Milton Post Office (East Milton) going to address IN Milton. It arrived today, April 6, 2023. Same town 16 days and I brought them into the Post Office myself and handed them to a clerk. A friend in FLA received hers before a friend in Milton. Can someone explain this please?

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a post office in the United States.

I live at Fuller Village Milton. On 4 different occasions I have tracked a package which says that it was delivered but when I go down to get it it's nowhere in sight. I have the time and date when it was scanned and supposedly delivered. When I call the Milton PO they say that they will investigate but I never hear from them again and the package mysteriously appears the next day. Unfortunately this time it's been 2 days and no package. Who is the Postmaster at the Adams st PO because I would like to speak to him . He needs to clean up his workplace.

If you live in East Milton or North Quincy, you've probably sped past this post office countless times since it reigns over the busy East Milton traffic circle that's a key entry and exit for I-93.Despite being such a tall, imposing structure, the public lobby is quite tiny. Once you walk in, there's a counter or two where you can write out your addresses on your packages or fill out slips, plus a vast wall of PO boxes. There are also two service windows and a passport counter - and that's about it. There is a limited amount of parking on surrounding streets.Perhaps the most noticeable thing: quite a nice, vintage mural on the upper right corner as you walk in.

If zero stars could be given I would. Employee questioned address I kept telling him I have used it before. I said to ask a supervisor to check if not sure. Supervisor without hearing me with hands on his hip, staring away, waving his hands saying "whatever he said is correct, he knows his job." I was NOT questioning first man's ability to do his job, supervisor treated me like I am ignorant. When I said I want to explain, supervisor said," go ahead if you want to take 4 hours if you want."Supervisor is ignorant.I don't think he would of spoken to me that way if my husband was there. I work in customer service in more difficult environment then him. If I spoke to customer that way I would of been suspended and need my union to defend me.Sadly I don't think this site really cares.
