“We were referred to Service Connection by another mechanic for a broken exhaust connection. They were able to take the car almost immediately, answered all of our questions, and the cost was extremely reasonable. At pick up, they took the time to explain another problem they found. They again took the time to thoroughly explain that problem to us and what we should do next about it. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”
“I picked up a new to me 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0L PSD over the summer, and once the cold weather came it was apparent that there was an issue since we had no heat in the cab. John and Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and offered great suggestions on other items to check/replace while the body was off the frame for repairs. Given my budget and the extensive repair needed to restore the heat, I was unable to go with all their suggestions at the time. Needless to say I am headed back there for more repairs that they strongly suggested I make, but finances wouldn’t allow. And don’t get me wrong, these guys prices are extremely fair, I would say if you are in the need of diesel repairs in the Palmer area, this should be your go-to repair shop!”

They seemed genuinely concerned about my safety driving the vehicle, motivated to fix it promptly and offered very fair pricing. They alerted me to some upcoming service needs without pressuring me to book right away. So impressed with the overall experience. I’ll be skipping the Chevy dealer and using Harvey’s Auto moving forward. 10/10 highly recommend”
