“Staff is wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring. I had a very sick cat Snookie that had an intestinal blockage and they were able to squeeze her in for what we thought would be emergency surgery (staff went above and beyond to find a spot for her). During the night before surgery she was able to pass the blockage but ended up running a fever. They were able to switch gears and change her care to an X-ray (confirming the blockage was gone) and antibiotics to treat the fever. Within 6 hours my very lethargic cat was up walking around like nothing happened. Perfect diagnosis and effective treatment. They listened to her symptoms and adjusted her care to be what she needed. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for helping Snookie!”

“Palmer VCA was recommended to me by my sister and couldn't be happier. I came from a vet with awful customer service and this place is the polar opposite. All of the staff are so great. They are kind, helpful and compassionate. My kitty has lots of anxiety and is very feisty and they are always so nice and patient with her. She also has lots of different medical issues going on and they all go above and beyond to give her the best care and are very good at calming me when I get stressed and worried about her. Fantastic vet and I highly recommend them. Very grateful I found them for my fur baby!”

“Great staff and the costs tend towards the industry standard, I think.

I'm sure there are places that exist *somewhere* that are a bit cheaper, but hey, I feel in very good hands here, so its worth every penny. Def not highway robbery like some places.

My cat's doctor did serious analysis with test results, and you could tell she put serious thought into how to move forward when the actual medical picture was unclear, which can be hard to find in such a fatigue inducing work environment. Hell, I wish she was my doctor.

I hear they have a great dental program too, but if you need an ultrasound or something like that, you will be referred elsewhere.

Overall, I see no reason to go anywhere else.”
