“Dillon S came to rescue us after we called AAA. We got a flat at work. We requested a tow from Amherst to Springfield. Dillon was very friendly and very professional. He got our car home and safely left our car in front of our house.”
“My car lost its brakes in Greenfield while traveling from CT to VT. Scott at Koch's told me he would take a look and see what he could do. All others either didn't answer their phone or told me it would be a week before it could be assessed. My car was towed to his shop that afternoon. He was able to repair my brake lines and called me the following AM telling me the car was ready. The price was quite fair, actually less than the earlier quote.
He and his staff are indeed all that is claimed in other reviews. Polite, professional, compassionate, personable, all of which are seldom found in business today. You can add trustworthy to the list following my experience at Koch's!

“I needed two tail light replacements and was going to have to pay 320$ for the parts new. I called them and they were so nice and helpful, had the parts I needed and were a quarter of what I would have paid at an auto parts store. Plus they have a cute resident beagle, and signage by the entrance that indicates acceptance and a safe environment. Could not recommend more.”
