“So helpful to have a post office open on Sundays! Came around 5pm on a Sunday. A bit of traffic on the 93 to get there, but easy to access otherwise behind South Station. Free 15min parking outside. There was no line when i arrived. Very efficient and friendly staff. Was in and out under 15min. Thank you!”
“Great! I like the office, the workers, and the location. I walk everywhere. I don't mind coming in. The Santa Mailbox during Christmas is also very, very cute. I like this location. I have lots of patience. Call me crazy, but grace and class and patience all go a long way during Christmas, especially in the year 2020.”

“On Friday, January 12, 2024, Gaurab— the employee who waited on us at the Peabody Postoffice– could not have been more helpful. I had 11 family calendars to mail to kids and grandkids scattered throughout the country He carefully checked each address and found important corrections, never losing patience or his smile during this time-consuming process.”
“The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”

“I was a little hesitant to visit this post office because of the poor reviews but the postal workers we encountered were professional and courteous. We picked up a large flat rate box ($22.10 March 2023) and was informed we can pay for it when we drop the package off. So we returned a couple of hours later to do so. There was only one person in line (looks like she's renewing her passport and possibly her first time doing so) but we weren't in a hurry. A male worker came from the back to help us and our transaction was over in less than ten minutes with no issues. They provide glue sticks for customers to seal their envelopes. They sell packing supplies if you need them. This location also rents mailboxes. Convenient location and hours.”

This post office is one of the busiest around and usually always has a line going out the door, especially around the holidays. The entire staff work well together and keep the line moving promptly and efficiently.I always have a great experience coming here! :)”

“I dropped by for passport renewal a day earlier than my appointment and the staff was so nice and accepted my application. One person specially was working so hard. I have to say that I had gone to Milk st. Post office first where 3 people were behind the counter and the guy said no I am busy. The place was not busy at all but he had the right to reject since I was early. So this branch went out of it way and provided service. It’s nice to see people care and help when they can. Thank you”

“HOLY ATTACK OF THE KARENS ? I went there for a passport which takes a little extra time than your average post office visit and in the matter of time that I was there (15-20 mins?) the attending clerks were both treated rudely, disrespectfully and with entitled behavior by at least four different customers. One man was edging on violence. These employees legitimately need a security guard... or bouncer The internet blew up retail store Karens and it's time we call out these post office rude Karens next because NO ONE deserves the treatment that I had witnessed today. ESPECIALLY considering that ALL attendants we're QUICK, HELPFUL, WITTY AND WORKING HARD. It was uncalled for and you patrons, my NEIGHBORS - SADLY should be ashamed of yourselves. For shame.”

It was also the week before Christmas and the post office was understandably slammed. Despite that, the workers were very kind and efficient in servicing in the long line.”
