“The Post Office at 1179 Main St in Wakefield is honestly a little hidden gem. It’s only ever really busy a couple of weeks before and after Christmas, which makes most visits quick and easy. One of the regular staff members, a woman who works there often, is extremely friendly and does her job very well—always professional and efficient. I can confidently leave prepaid packages without worrying about needing a receipt or whether they’ll get scanned properly.
I almost hate to leave this review because I don’t want word to get out and have this place overrun with humans, but credit is due where it’s earned. Great service and a stress-free experience every time.”
“This particular branch in Saugus MA has very difficult parking out front on a very busy thin street. There is parking behind the building, but you have to drive around, which is not a big deal. The staff are very friendly but it is busy and a line can form that will take you quite some time to get to the window. I use this post office if I’m in the area out of convenience. If I have to make a special trip, there are other quicker post offices around just as close.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but this USPS store is the most reliable USPS I’ve ever been too. The Asian male staff (unfortunately I didn’t ask his name) welcomed me and helped me label my package. The process was very smooth. He even bowed after I said thank you.”
“I can’t say enough about the professional service we received today. We came in after the Milton office was unable to process our passport application because their “camera wasn’t working”. Although we didn’t have an appointment, the employee at the front desk kindly spoke with the passport agent, Shakeil, who was happy to help us.
Shakeil carefully reviewed all of the documents for our newborn, took the passport photo, and made sure everything was in order. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. We truly appreciated the team’s willingness to accommodate us and their exceptional customer service. “The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”

I needed to replace my Passport Card. I was in Houston the week before and tried to do it. I was met with rudeness and ignorance and took my stuff and left.
I was absolutely thrilled with the service I recieved at the Lynn, Willow Street, PO. The teller, Rashid, was calm, knowledgeable, and efficient. Asked pertinent questions and offered suggestions on how I might do things.
If all of Government & business operations were as good as I encountered here this country would be running much better than what we have now.”

“It's a pleasure to go into the Nahant United States Post Office. It's an extra small seacoast town and the post office gives you the feeling of years gone by. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time. If you live in the surrounding town and the post office line is long take a nice enjoyable ride to Nahant and used this branch it will make for a pleasurable experience. I Give the US Post Office a Solid 5 Stars”
