Chuck was the sales person. He was magnificently patient. He was also knowledgeable and helpful. I was having difficulty with credit cards and he hung in there. It went on for a long and irritating time. We finally did get the sale accomplished appropriately.His patience was nonpariel. Thank you , Chuck!
