“Cecilia was amazing to work with, she helped me trade in my old Nintendo switch for a refurbished switch2! She was very cool under pressure even with the line of inpatient customers behind me. She helped make sure all of my data transfered, my settings were maximized, and made sure i got the best deal. I went back the next day to help trade a game and was happy to see Cecilia because she remembered our interaction, is super friendly and helped me super quick. I now only go to this gamestop to work with her!!! Don't listen to any one star reviews from men who are scalpers and rude, she is truly an amazing working and kind human!”
