Karla Simons gave us an absolutely wonderful service! I wanted to start building my credit and she helped me a bunch. She is such a good listener and answered all of our questions. 100% knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend going to her for any advice/help you might need!!!

Without a doubt or hesitation, this is the best branch in the area. Nikki, Axel, and Brian are amazing, patient and super kind all the time. Coming to this branch feels like a breath of fresh air, highly recommended!!

Karla is awesome! Very patient, and kind! She helped me in the past and today I chame to open my Business account. I really recommend Karla, she is an excellent professional and the team at Natick Mall branch.
