“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

“It is an AMAZING bank. I opened account there recently, and the quality and level of customer service there is the best I've ever seen in my 20+ years in the area. They do not charge fees for their checking and savings account, they do not play games with minimum required balance, they reimburse other banks ATM fees. Super professional and accommodating. Jose and Gail were able to answer all my questions and were simply great. I highly recommend this bank.”

“Came in to this branch for the first time recently and was blown away by how nice and efficient everyone was. I came in to get a certified check, and Dell was so fast, I also asked about two other issues from a name change I had been trying to solve for literally years that other branches couldn’t solve - he literally told me exactly what I needed to do for one and completely solved the second. Excellent customer service! Thank you Dell and the woman at the counter who’s name I didn’t get!”

“I recently formed a new S-Corp and visited the Eastern Bank branch in Natick to open a business account. I expected the process to be overwhelming, given all the paperwork and the details involved in setting up an account for a brand-new business. I was fortunate to work with Oksana Krysko. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely patient and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few), and made sure everything was completed smoothly from start to finish. One thing that made a huge difference was that Oksana speaks Russian. Being able to discuss banking and legal terminology in Russian made the entire process much easier to understand, especially when opening a new business. What could have easily been a stressful and time-consuming experience turned into a straightforward and completely stress-free one. Without Oksana’s guidance, navigating all the requirements would have been much more difficult. The branch itself also made a great impression. Everyone was welcoming, there was no sense of being rushed, and it truly felt like the staff cared about helping customers rather than simply processing transactions. I highly recommend the Eastern Bank branch in Natick, and especially Oksana, to anyone opening a new business account.
