Can now see why BOA is really pushing their clients to do all of their business online or over the phone after my experience here. I wanted to send a wire out and the manager, Brian I think, at the front desk told me I had to make an appointment and wait 45 minutes to do so. I explained the urgency and asked him if he could help me at all since he was doing nothing while his associates were helping others. Rather than work with me or even ask what it was I needed to see if it was something maybe I could do myself through online banking, he just kept on saying the next appointment is at 1130. So I called BOA and someone there was able to walk me through how to wire the money to the right place in about 2 minutes. Why the manager couldn't take the couple of minutes to work with me to figure this out rather than push me out the door is beyond me. I miss the days when you could walk into a branch and be helped, or if they are busy, have a conversation with someone to see if maybe there's a way they can help you while you wait. Truly unprofessional and will just be doing all my business online and over the phone.

No one responds to calls at the B of a phone numbers for local banks. Very frustrating.

I’m literally watching the same employees struggle with their job, I come to get change regularly cuz I work at the mall but my god waiting for a hour for change is insane because they just can’t give change in every register

Needed to change name on credit cards. Quick in and out service with Luis at the front desk. They were friendly, knowledgeable, able to start the process I needed, and give me next steps to finalize it. Convenient parking in Garage C at the mall available as well.

The bank is still closed after almost 3 weeks. No indication when they will re-open. Wouldn’t you think someone representing the bank would post information for businesses who depend on the bank for deposits and change to indicate where there is an alternative location. Unfortunately I have to post one star but they really deserve negative stars.This is absolutely the worst bank anywhere. If they weren't in the mall I would have nothing to do with them. They charge for change and deposits and close without a sign letting the customers know when they will reopen. The customers wait outside their bank only to find they are not opening. They should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of customer service and communication. I wouldn't give the Bank Of America a dime if I didn't have to….I just read the reply and it’s so typical of this bank.The person reading the reply paid no attention to what was said. I don’t go on Twitter or Facebook. Why didn’t they leave a phone number to contact them?The bank has posted hours but it was closed for days without a sign explaining why it was closed and where we could go for our deposits and change. This bank is located in a mall and there are many business’s that rely on it for its deposits and supply of change which we have to pay for. Again, they have no management that cares! Typical of big banks. If there was another bank in the mall, Bank of America would have no customers.

Everyone was very professional and very helpful. I was there to make a more involved transaction and the teller was great. I was in and out without a problem. There was no line and no waiting when I went.

The line is always out the door, and it seems thou only 2 people are able to do deposits or anything outside for of the little cubicle area. It’s an extreme inconvenience to business owners who are in doing a deposit. I feel as though members/staff should all be able to do deposits. It can’t be that difficult to get all cross trained. When they’re in the cubicle on their phone.

Don’t step in this branch a repeat horrible service Brazilian/ Latina woman who works at front desk on Thursday is a terrible liar She wouldn’t let me get a temporary debit card after showing her my identification she stated the reason a temporary card couldn’t be issued to me a new was because my account was overdrawn, on top that she was very unprofessional by not keeping my information confindential stating that my account was overdrawn with zero discretion i called customer service and the representative even stated that what she was giving out false information I will be filing a complaint to cooperate first thing tomorrow never experienced anything thing this in all the years with Bank Of America
